About Waycraft Studio
Waycraft Studio is an independent AI studio in Sydney. We help everyday businesses put AI to work in a practical, down-to-earth way: first we find where it'll actually help, then we build it.
We start with the real problem, not the technology. We use plain software for the simple parts and AI for the parts that need judgement, and build something your team will actually use. No hype, no chasing the latest trend.
Waycraft Studio is led by Zach Pritchard, co-founder and Chief Product Officer of HomeRun IQ, a Techstars-backed company whose software helps engineering and reserve-study firms get their assessments done faster. He came to product from real estate finance and risk, and has spent years building and leading product teams focused on how people actually work.
He started Waycraft Studio to do the same with AI: find where it really helps, build it, and get it shipped. He works across Australia and the US.
Alongside client work, we build and ship our own products, like Tando, a finance app for couples. It keeps our craft sharp and our advice grounded in what it takes to ship something real.
